ENTER THE GAME

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Projects Manager to support the development, structuring, and scaling of the Regulatory Compliance function atBetclic, in a context of strong international growth and increasing regulatory complexity.

Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will playa central rolein bridgingRegulatoryCompliance, Product, Tech, and Business teams, both at local and group levels. You will ensure thatBetclic'sproducts, features, and operations are designed and delivered in full alignment with applicable regulatory requirements across multiplejurisdictions.

This role is critical to embedding a compliance-by-design approach throughout the product lifecycle, while enabling innovation in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

- Act as a trusted advisor to Business, Product, and Tech teams oncross-jurisdictionregulatory matters, ensuring early and pragmatic guidance

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional compliance projects

- Ensure continuous oversight of the product development lifecycle (from discovery to delivery), with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

- Drive the implementation of compliance-by-design principles across all product initiatives

- Promote and embed a strong compliance culture within product and operational teams

- Design, implement, andmaintaina regulatory compliance training framework tailored to different stakeholders

- Coordinate the management and remediation ofcross-jurisdictionregulatory incidents, ensuringtimelyand effective resolution

- Support andfacilitateresponses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and requests for information acrossjurisdictions

- Ensure robust documentation, governance, and traceability of compliance decisions and risk assessments

- Contribute to regulatory risk committees, including risk identification, control design, and follow-up

- Support the preparation of regulatory reporting and updates to senior management (including ExCom)

WHO ARE WELOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

- Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Business, or a related field

- 5-10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a regulated environment (e.g. payments, fintech, gaming, or similar)

- Strong ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into practical, scalable business and product solutions

- Proven experience working closely withBusiness,Product and Tech teams in an agile environment

- Excellent analytical, communication, andinternalstakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

- Versatile, adaptable, and pragmatic mindset, witha strong senseof ownership and a risk-based approach

- Genuine interest in sports, gaming, and technology

- Native French and full professional fluency in Englishrequired; anadditionalEuropean language (Portuguese, German, Spanish) is a plus

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted,Elodiewill contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meetAlexandre - Head of Regulatory Compliance, then Sarah - General Counsel.

Finally,Elodiewill conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
