YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
At the heart of the L&D team, you will contribute to the deployment of the skills development plan and to the continuous improvement of our internal and external training programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Skills development plan follow-up:
- Coordinating training logistics (scheduling, registrations, follow-up)
- Reporting and tracking key performance indicators
- Managing a high volume of training requests
Learning experience & organization:
- Organizing internal training sessions
- Monitoring evaluations and contributing to continuous improvement
- Supporting the optimization of L&D tools and processes
Collaboration & cross-functional projects:
- Acting as an interface with external partners (training providers, e-learning platforms, OPCO)
- Contributing to side projects such as onboarding programs, tech career paths, and upskilling initiatives
- Supporting internal communication around learning initiatives
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious students who bring kindness and enthusiasm to the team.
This apprenticeship is for you if:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
- You have at least 6 months of experience (internship or apprenticeship) in training, learning & development, or project management
- You are organized, eager to learn, and autonomous
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a collaborative, dynamic, and international environment
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Bonus (but not mandatory):
- Interest in or knowledge of the tech ecosystem
- First experience with a LMS or learning tools
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
You will then meet your future manager, Marie-Laure -Training Expert.
Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
