ENTER THE GAME
As a Campus Relations & Employer Branding Assistant, you will join the HR team and work closely with the Communications and Talent Acquisition teams to support Betclic's employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
Campus Relations :
- Operational management of selected campus events, from preparation to post-event analysis (career fairs, talks, presentations, office tours).
- Coordination with various stakeholders: event organizers, internal speakers, and the external communications team.
- Contribution to the creation of visibility materials for Betclic (print materials, branded merchandise, etc.).
Employer Branding :
- Contribution to the development and activation of the employer branding strategy on LinkedIn.
- Coordination with creative teams and external communications for content production.
- Support in organizing employer branding events (career fairs, conferences, talks) in collaboration with HR and communications teams.
- Participation in visibility projects such as photo and video shoots.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor trends related to employer branding.
Internal Communication & Events :
- Support the organization of events (talks, corporate events, internal events).
- Coordinate with different stakeholders: vendors, event venues, and the external communications team.
- Contribute to the creation of visibility materials for events and communications.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and follow trends in the events industry.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for curious, organized, and creative individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a strong interest in employer branding, communication, and events.
This internship is for you if:
- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree ideally with a specialization in HR, Communication, Marketing, or Event Management.
- You are interested in employer branding, campus relations, and talent attraction.
- You are organized, proactive, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
- You are creative and comfortable contributing to content creation and communication initiatives.
- You speak fluent French and have a good level of English.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).
Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
You will then meet your future manager, Clémence - HR Development Specialist followed by her manager Bruno - Head Of Internal Communication & Event.
Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
