Product Management role at ManoMano

Join our Operations train, one of ManoMano's core product domains, as a Junior Product Manager Intern and help us reshape the purchase and aftersales experience for millions of customers across Europe.

Our train covers a wide range of critical domains: delivery experience, payment, ManoFulfillment logistics, aftersales (orders, returns & refunds), customer support, and funds management. Our ambition is to make customer journey seamless, proactive and trustworthy, with AI at the core of how we automate, personalise and scale every interaction

Your mission:

You will participate in the various phases of the customer journey. The senior PM will be your mentor and you will support him/her to achieve the goals of the feature teams working hand in hand with Engineering, Design, Data and the rest of the Product team.

This is not a shadow and observe internship, your role will be to understand business objectives, customer preferences, technical constraints, find the optimal solution, make sure it's perfectly implemented and follow up closely its performance.

What you will do:
- Product discovery:

- Map and analyze the end-to-end customer journey across Operations (delivery, returns, aftersales)
- Run user research and competitive analysis to surface opportunities

- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to frame the right problems before jumping to solutions

- Product testing & delivery:

- Translate business needs into clear, well-scoped user stories, product specs, and bug tickets
- Support testing cycles to ensure high-quality feature releases
- Actively participate in agile rituals (sprints, retrospectives, planning sessions)

- Product analytics:

- Define the right data and metrics to track performance and customer impact
- Work with our Data team to build dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses
- Use data to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses

- Product communication:

- Learn to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for diverse stakeholders
- Contribute to product documentation, roadmap updates, and team syncs

Expected profile

- Education: You are a student (final year or gap year) with an engineering / business / product background.
- Communication: You can communicate fluently in English, French/Spanish is a plus. You have great communication skills, you can listen and synthesize efficiently.
- Curious: Even if you are not familiar with the marketplaces customer journey you are curious to learn more about it.
- Customer centric : You instinctively see things through the customer's eyes.
- Analytical mindset: You are comfortable analyzing data (a knowledge of SQL would be a plus)
- Tech-savy: Interested in new technologies like AI and its application in product
- Soft skills: empathetic, humble and kind. Bold enough to share your ideas, structured enough to back them up.
