YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

The role ofProduct Analytics Managerwill focusmainly onaccessto data through analysis and self-service tools.Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Be the owner of thefront enddataself-serviceanalytics toolsuch as Amplitude orMixpanel.

- Be the main point of contact for the business in understanding how to usetheself servicetool. Provide training to business and analytics teamsas well as new joiners

- Provide support to thecommercialand analytics teams in understanding differences in databetween different data sources or differentvisualisations(mainly betweenfront end andback enddata sources).

- Work withbusiness,analyticsand product teamsto createvaluable insightsthrough front end data.This could be through dashboard delivery, support on how to performself analysisordeliveringanalysis yourself.

- Introduce processesthat help usmonitordata quality.

- Maintainclearlog of events within theself servicetool.Workcloselywith theData ProductOnwerresponsible for front end dataon data structures and needs.

- Ensurespecificdashboardrequirements were delivered adheringto requests.

- Maintain a working relationship with theself serviceproviders. Ensure you are up to date on their new releases and that you regularly train yourself on thetoolsnewdevelopment.Logany tool issues.

WHOWE ARELOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experiencedProductAnalystwithgood communicationskills andstrongunderstanding offront enddata sourcingand usage.

- Experience ofworking with data structuresandfront enddata

- General analytical experience essential, web or product analytics beneficial

- Knowledge ofthe process of building andmaintainingbusiness dashboards

- Experience with tools such as Amplitude,Mixpanel,Google Analytics,Adobe Analyticsor similar

- Experience working withtechnical and business teams.Good communicationskills

- Ability to use SQL comfortably

- Strongattention to detailand ability to investigate andidentifythe root of a problem

- Fluent in English
