Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

We are proud to manufacture, in our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau, the batteries that already equip several electric vehicles available on the market (PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, and soon the DS N°8, the Citroën C5 AIrCross and the new Jeep Compass).

- Project and Maturity management

- Preparation of Quality Maturity Data according to Product Development process (PDP) phase.

- Design and steer overall quality KPI with definition of target KPI picture for the respective project

- Create transparency and reports on process audit progress and closing.

- Ensure transparent process and risk sharing between Q-Control Maturity and Q-Control Pilot plant.

- Handover process between Q-Control Maturity and Q-Control Series plants.

- Create transparency and reports on problem-solving progress and closing related to Maturity, including prioritization and steering of top-quality issues.

- Verification of effectiveness of short- and long-term measures

- Define, align and implement regular follow-ups to meet maturity targets with business unit and Quality.

- Contribute to risk assessment and identify red topics

- Customer & Committee management

- Overall committee work, especially preparation, moderating and review of quality committees.

- Regular update of Maturity reports in alignment with PQM/PQE

- Continuous improvement

- Permanently review and optimize Product Development Process (PDP) including reporting and action management

- Continuously improve ACC and Quality processes
