Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

We are proud to manufacture, in our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau, the batteries that already equip several electric vehicles available on the market (PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, and soon the DS N°8, the Citroën C5 AIrCross and the new Jeep Compass).

As member of the IT/IS department, and in close collaboration with the PLM/LIMS project manager, you will participate actively in the implementation and the support of the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) in ACC. You will BE involved in the whole LIMS project, but your main area will BE to deploy step by step new functionalities and interfaces with other softwares (PLM, MES, Data platform...).

You will :
- In collaboration with key users, evaluate business needs and objectives
- In collaboration with publisher and integrator, contribute to solution choice to cater these needs
- When required, design, build and implement specific tools like small customizations or dashboard tools
- Evaluate impacts, and prepare the cut-over plan to put in action these new functionalities
- With IT team, prepare, support and manage LIMS upgrades
- Train and support users

Your other missions will BE to :
- Participate to the system administration (user account, roles and access rights, control setups...) in collaboration with our internal helpdesk service
- Report encountered problems and follow their resolution in collaboration with the publisher and integrator

Lastly, you will have to keep updated our business process book, the document that summarizes all the best practices to BE reused as core-model for next implementations.

Missions principales :

En tant que membre du département IT/IS, et en étroite collaboration avec le chef de projet PLM/LIMS, vous participerez activement à la mise en oeuvre et au support du LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) chez ACC. Vous serez impliqué dans l'ensemble du projet LIMS, mais votre rôle principal consistera à déployer progressivement de nouvelles fonctionnalités et interfaces avec d'autres logiciels (PLM, MES, plateforme de données, etc.).

Vous serez amené(e) à :
- Évaluer les besoins et objectifs métiers en collaboration avec les utilisateurs clés
- Contribuer, avec l'éditeur et l'intégrateur, au choix des solutions répondant à ces besoins
- Concevoir, développer et mettre en oeuvre des outils spécifiques si nécessaire (petites personnalisations, tableaux de bord, etc.)
- Évaluer les impacts et préparer le plan de bascule pour la mise en service des nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Préparer, accompagner et gérer les montées de version du LIMS avec l'équipe IT
- Former et accompagner les utilisateurs

Vos autres missions incluront :
- Participer à l'administration du système (comptes utilisateurs, rôles et droits d'accès, paramétrages de contrôle...) en collaboration avec notre service helpdesk interne
- Remonter les problèmes rencontrés et suivre leur résolution en lien avec l'éditeur et l'intégrateur

Enfin, vous devrez maintenir à jour le business process book, le document qui synthétise toutes les bonnes pratiques à réutiliser comme core model pour les prochaines implémentations.
